Olešnice u Českých Budějovic

Two-storey timber house in a modern style with 4 rooms and facilities. The L-shaped balcony roof terrace adds a flair to the house and is convenient in drizzle or hot days. Luxuriously furnished interior is complemented by the smell of wood and makes this wooden house truly a home built "from the roots for life."

RD Olešnice

Srubec u Českých Budějovic

Low-energy wooden house from 2013 is characterized by an interesting combination of white plaster and wood paneling.  The house provides 5 rooms with attic spaces. In order to increase energy savings, the owners chose triple-glazed windows and furnished roof windows with outdoor blinds. This helps to improve building insulation - prevent heat loss in winter and heat coming in from the outside in the summer.
